We deliver throughout Poland. Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment has been credited. We make every effort to ensure products reach you in the best condition and as quickly as possible.

DPD / INPOST COURIER
Delivery time: 1–3 working days
Cost: PLN 19
The parcel is delivered directly to the specified address and can be tracked online.
INPOST PARCEL LOCKER
Delivery time: 1–3 working days
Cost: PLN 14
Convenient 24/7 collection from your chosen parcel locker. You receive an SMS with the locker opening code.
PERSONAL COLLECTION
Preparation time: 2–3 working days
Cost: Free
Orders can be collected from our showroom after arranging the visit by telephone. Address: Generała Stanisława Sosabowskiego 13, 15-182 Białystok.
FREE DELIVERY
For orders over: PLN 500
We offer free courier delivery throughout Poland for orders worth more than PLN 500.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once the parcel has been dispatched, you receive a tracking number by email. It lets you follow the shipment on the courier’s website and stay informed about its delivery status.
LARGE ITEMS
For orders containing bulky products, such as large quantities of microcement, the delivery method and cost are agreed individually. Please contact us by telephone or email to discuss the details.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently deliver only within Poland. If you have questions about international delivery, please contact our customer-service team.
